The custard side is dead-on creamy and the rhubarb cuts through it just right—proper grown-up balance, not sugar-bomb sweet. Pack of two didn't last the weekend in our house, which says everything.

The rhubarb layer has that proper tangy bite before the smooth custard kicks in—it’s like a posh childhood memory. I’ve already finished the bag in two sittings, which says everything.

The rhubarb flavor is properly tart, not sugary-sweet, and the custard side has that creamy, powdery finish I remember from childhood. Opened the bag expecting a novelty and ended up rationing it for days. A proper grown-up take on a classic, and the texture is spot on.
