The tangy sherbet hits that nostalgic spot but with a smoother, more refined finish than the usual fizzy stuff. I opened the bag and finished it in one sitting, the citrus zest lingers just right without being sharp.
The citrus kick hits you right away but then softens into that mellow sherbet fizz, which is exactly what I wanted from a "reimagined" classic. It's got that proper old-fashioned tartness without being overwhelming. I've already finished the bag, so that says everything.
Took a bite expecting the usual sugary tang, but the lemon zest hits first and fades into something almost creamy—proper grown-up sherbet, this. Can't stop reaching for another one, and the tin's already half gone.
